Early Treatment (Phase 1)
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a child's first orthodontic screening by age 7. Evaluating early lets us recognize potential problems and correct them before they become more serious.
The Benefits of Early Treatment
By evaluating for treatment early, we can recognize potential problems and correct them before they become more serious. Early interceptive treatment has proven beneficial for the overall desired result. Because a child's permanent teeth have not finished erupting, we can thoroughly evaluate and address impending problems at the earliest stage.
Careful Monitoring
Often, treatment is not necessary right away and we will simply monitor your child's growth until they are ready. Our philosophy is to recommend treatment only when it provides a meaningful advantage.
